Statement of Commitment
PCHC is committed to building upon its longstanding history of providing primary services such as prenatal care, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, adult medicine and elder care. In meeting the growing needs of our current and future patients, we will continue to provide specialty-care services, school-based services, WIC support and community-focused patient education.
Our ultimate goal is to eliminate health disparities, respond to diverse community needs and improve the quality of life for the medically underserved and those experiencing barriers to care by providing a well-coordinated and responsive service delivery system.
We will dedicate ourselves to collaborating with government agencies and other organizations to meet the medical and service support needs of the families and individuals that we are privileged to serve.
