From North of Providence:
Take 95 South
Take the Atwell Avenue Ext No.21
Stay straight on Service Road No. 7
Turn right onto Broad Street

From South of Providence:
Take 95 North
Take the Thurbers Avenue, Exit 18.  Go left at the bottom of the exit.
Follow Thurbers Avenue until you reach Broad Street
Turn Right on Broad Street

From South of Providence (Rt. 10):
From Rt. 10
Take the Elmwood Ave. exit toward I-95
Turn left onto Elmwood Avenue (Rt. 1)
Turn right onto Parkis Ave.
Follow to the corner of Broad Street.

The Dental Clinic is on the corner of Broad Street and Parkis Avenue.  The parking lot is located in the rear of the building off Parkis Avenue.
