Coronavirus (COVID-19) Resources for Patients

The Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) remain available for all your healthcare concerns and needs throughout the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. For more information, please see:

 

COVID-19 Testing at Providence Community Health Centers:

 

COVID-19 drive-up and walk-up testing is now available for PCHC patients! A referral from your primary care provider and an appointment is required for all testing.

Where: Behind our Chafee Health Center, One Warren Way, Providence, Rhode Island 02905 (off Allens Avenue)

When: By referral and appointment only

How: Existing patients with symptoms should call your PCHC Health Center for a referral and an appointment.

New patients with symptoms call 401-444-0404 for assistance.
