Dr. Encarnacion previously worked at Signature Healthcare in Brockton, Mass., and Jordan Valley Community Health Center and Cox Health, both in Springfield, Missouri. During her career, she has provided outpatient and inpatient primary care, as well as urgent care, for adults and children.

Looking to make Rhode Island her home, Dr. Sahota joined PCHC in 2019. Working in a patient-centered community health clinic focused on quality care and patient safety is very important to Dr. Sahota. She is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi. In her free time, Dr. Sahota enjoys biking, hiking and other outdoor activities.

Dr. Diaz, who is fluent in Spanish and English, joined PCHC in 2021. He is married and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, and trying new restaurants. He also enjoys long walks and playing bass guitar.
