Janet Encarnacion provides internal medicine services to patients at our North Main Street Health Center. She most recently worked at several American Family Care urgent care clinics in Massachusetts. She completed the Cox Family Medicine Residency program in 2001, after receiving her medical degree from University of North Carolina School of Medicine.
Dr. Encarnacion previously worked at Signature Healthcare in Brockton, Mass., and Jordan Valley Community Health Center and Cox Health, both in Springfield, Missouri. During her career, she has provided outpatient and inpatient primary care, as well as urgent care, for adults and children.

Dr. Neilakash Beharry received his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Beharry received a BSc in Chemistry and Management from the University of the West Indies, Trinidad, and Tobago.
In his free time, Dr. Beharry enjoys swimming, soccer, cricket, cooking, fishing, and hiking.

El Dr. Neilakash Beharry recibió su título de médico de la Escuela de Medicina de George’s University School en Granada, Indias Occidentales, graduándose Magna Cum Laude. Completó una residencia en Medicina Interna en Maimonides Medical Center en Brooklyn, Nueva York. Dr. Magdi Salmon received his BS in Biology from Cairo University in Cairo, Eygpt, and his MD and Masters in Internal Medicine from Cairo University School of Medicine. Dr. Salmon completed an internship at Cairo University Hospital and residencies at both Al Gomhoreya Hospital in Cairo and St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He came to Rhode Island for a fellowship in Endocrinology with Brown University at Rhode Island Hospital. As a primary care physician in Rhode Island, Dr. Salmon has worked with St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hope Medical Group and Well North Medical Group. Dr. Salmon has a love of music and his favourite hobbies include listening to music and spiritual writing.

Prior to joining Providence Community Health Centers, Jasmine worked as a nurse practitioner at the New Bedford Community Health Center. She previously worked as an NP and RN in a variety of settings including patient homes, school-based clinics, and a psychiatric facility.
Jasmine received her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from Boston University. Jasmine is board certified in both adult-gerontology primary care and women’s health.
In her free time, Jasmine enjoys cooking new dishes, visiting wineries and breweries, reading African American and Women’s literature, and spending time with her daughter and partner.

Antes de unirse al Providence Community Health Centers, Jasmine trabajó como Enfermera Especializada en New Bedford Community Health Center. Jasmine está certificada tanto en atención primaria de gerontología de adultos como en salud de la mujer.
En su tiempo libre, a Jasmine le gusta cocinar nuevos platos, visitar bodegas y cervecerías, leer literatura escrita por mujeres y afroamericana y pasar tiempo con su hija y su pareja.

Dr. Gourav Patil is an Internal Medicine provider with Providence Community Health Centers. He received his Master of Public Health with an Epidemiology major from the School of Public Health at Texas A&M University. Dr. Patil received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Maharashtra in India.
Dr. Patil was fellowship-trained in Addiction Medicine at the University of Florida. He completed an Internal Medicine residency at Griffin Hospital in Connecticut. He previously served as a Public Health Research Analyst at the Texas Health Institute.
In his free time, Dr. Patil enjoys cooking for his family, fitness training, and taking care of his dog.
