Providence Community Health Center’s biggest fundraiser of the year is coming up! Our 15th Annual Golf Benefit Tournament takes place at Warwick Country Club on Monday, July 18, 2022 with a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Golf foursomes are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The event includes opportunities for corporate sponsorships, tee sponsorships, and prize donations.
