Beth Bogus is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who joined Providence Community Health Centers in 2020. She brings a wide variety of Integrated Behavioral Health experience, most recently as a social worker at Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital. Over her career, she has worked with children and families in a variety of clinical settings including the The Arc of Bristol County and the Department of Developmental Services for the state of Massachusetts. She completed her Master of Social Work at Bridgewater State College. She received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University. When not at work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family, especially in outdoor spaces throughout Rhode Island.

She has 14 years of experience as a master-level clinician, most recently with The Providence Center. Taneil has worked with a diverse client base including families, the elderly, LGBTQ community members, and school-aged, special needs, and at-risk youth. She received her Master of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College, where she also received her undergraduate degree. Taneil was raised in Rhode Island and loves spending time with family while sampling the diverse cuisine the state has to offer.

Fraynelis “Fray” Andujar, LCSW, joined the Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) as a behavioral health advocate in 2017 and returned after receiving her Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College. Fray completed her clinical internship at PCHC. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island. Fray has held numerous positions that allow her to directly interact and help patients and families. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Fray spends her free time with family and loves to express her creative side through writing in her journal.

Stacy Silva received her BA in Psychology from Wheaton College in Massachusetts, and her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University in 2011. Stacy joined PCHC in 2018 with extensive experience as a Manager and Clinical Therapist for behavioral outpatient programs and a Co-Occurring Therapist for addiction treatment and recovery services. In addition, Stacy participated in clinical research with Brown University as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has worked with both children and adults in various settings throughout her career. In her free time, Stacy enjoys going on adventures in nature with her family, reading fiction novels and relaxing on the beach.

Jennifer Etue received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, with a concentration in Human Services from State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz and her Master degree in Social Work from SUNY Albany. Jennifer has a wealth of crisis intervention experience providing care to all ages, from young children to the elderly. She has worked with trauma and loss impact on teens and children – both individuals and groups – through schools, shelters and hospitals throughout the state. Jennifer joined PCHC in 2017 and as Senior Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician she provides clinical services as well as supports staff training. When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys physical activities that focus on fitness and wellness and she loves to be outdoors— most often found out and about with her rescue dog.

Marissa Abdow, LICSW, is a member of the Integrated Behavioral Health team at Providence Community Health Centers. She has extensive experience caring for individuals with mental health, co-occurring, and substance use disorders.
Marissa has worked in a variety of community, residential, and inpatient settings. She received her Master of Social Work from the University of New England in Portland, ME, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. Marissa describes herself as an “avid novice chef” who greatly enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends and her two dogs.

Mark Pfeiffer received his BA in sociology from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana and his Master of Social Work from Indiana University School of Social Work in Indianapolis. Mark joined PCHC in 2017 with extensive experience working as an outpatient therapist, as well as in an emergency department setting performing crisis mental health assessments. Mark brings various cultural experiences to his practice – he spent several formative childhood years in Namibia (Southwest Africa) and has traveled to Mexico, Ukraine, Jamaica and Kenya. In his free time, Mark enjoys biking and hiking with his wife and their three children and rescue pup.

Angie Fontenot is a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who joined our Integrated Behavioral Health team in 2020. Angie earned her Post Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry from McNeese State University in Louisiana in 2020 and her Family Practice degree in 2003. She is certified to provide care to both children and adults. She works with our primary care providers and integrated therapists for psychiatric medication management at most all PCHC clinic locations and through telemedicine. Angie also serves our homeless population at Crossroads Homeless Shelter. She recently moved from south Louisiana and enjoys traveling, hiking, camping in her van, and spending time on the beach.
Angie Fontenot es una Enfermera Especializada en Psiquiatría y Salud Mental que se unió en el 2020 al equipo de Comportamiento de Salud Integrada de PCHC. Angie obtuvo su Maestría en Psiquiatría de la Universidad Estatal McNeese en Louisiana en el 2020 y su título de Práctica Familiar en el 2003. Dr. Nelly Burdette has 15 years of experience within integrated behavioral health clinical and leadership roles. She has created, implemented, led, and shown sustainability of integrated care programs at federally qualifiedhealth centers, community mental health centers, and the Veteran’s Administration for pediatric, family medicine and adult populations. Ranging from positions in senior leadership to providing clinical services embedded within medical practices, she has provided integrated behavioral health training and supervision to interdisciplinary medical teams.

In her current roles, Dr. Burdette is the Associate Vice President of Integrated Behavioral Health at Providence Community Health Centers, the largest federally qualified health center in Rhode Island and serves in both a leadership and clinical role. She also serves as the Senior Director of Integrated Behavioral Health for the Care Transformation Collaborative of Rhode Island (CTC-RI), a multi-disciplinary, multi-payor collaborative seeking to transform primary care in the State and is convened by the Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner and EOHHS. In her CTC-RI role for the past 6 years, Dr. Burdette provides IBH leadership for the State, while also creating and publishing the first of its’ kind virtual self-paced training for IBH Practice Facilitators.

Dr. Burdette received her doctorate degree in Health Psychology from Spalding University and completed her internship at Cherokee Health Systems, focusing on behavioral health services within a primary care safety net population. Her post-doctorate was completed at University of Massachusetts Medical School in Primary Care Psychology.
La Dra. Nelly Burdette tiene 15 años de experiencia dentro de las funciones clínicas y de liderazgo en el área de Comportamiento de Salud Mental Integrada (IBH, por sus siglas en ingles). Ha creado, implementado, dirigido y mostrado la sostenibilidad de programas de atención integrada para poblaciones pediátricas, de medicina familiar y adultos en centros de salud calificados por el gobierno federal, centros comunitarios de salud mental y la oficina de Veteran’s Administration. Ha proporcionado, dentro de prácticas médicas, capacitación y supervisión de salud mental integrada desde posiciones a nivel de liderazgo hasta como proveedor clínico.

En sus funciones actuales, la Dra. Burdette es la Vicepresidenta Asociada del Departamento de Comportamiento de Salud Mental Integrada en Providence Community Health Centers, el centro de salud calificado federalmente más grande de Rhode Island y sirve tanto a nivel de liderazgo como proveedor clínico.
